Newmarket Community Church (NCC) is offering a new series of community conversations on mental health—designed to meet us where we are, in the realities of life today. Each session will explore a timely topic, helping us grow in understanding of ourselves, one another, and the strength we share as a community.

The series will highlight common experiences of mental health challenges, reduce stigma, and open space for honest learning and discussion, led by Dr. J. Theodore Brown.
