Robin was born in Vermont and grew up in Upstate New York in Whitehall, a small village coined the  Birthplace of the US Navy. She graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh with a degree in Accounting and started her career at a Garnet Mine in the Adirondacks.

 Robin spent the next 37 years in finance and accounting at various mining and manufacturing companies, including a stint in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.   Her career took her through several acquisitions, mergers and consolidations with a focus on successful integration and cost control.  She has extensive experience with budgets and forecasts and has supervised finance and human resources departments in several countries including  China, India, Germany, England, the Netherlands and France.

 Robin lives in Newmarket with her husband Norbert, dogs Django and Gypsy, a dozen or so tropical fish and a few thousand honey bees (if they make it thru the winter!)
